Description
Since 1993, Antico Molino Rosso has been a dedicated organic company located in the Po Valley, producing organic flours from all types of grains. Since 2018, a new facility has also been manufacturing completely natural organic gluten-free flours. For three generations, it has preserved stone mills and a magnificent paddle wheel dating back to 1858. Dr. Gaetano Mirandola continuously educates consumers and professionals in the baking industry, emphasizing the advantages and benefits from consuming organic products, both for people and the environment.
